Server Management
A late-game mechanic allowing income to scale with stored file formats.
Servers Overview
Servers are a late-game mechanic that allows income to scale with stored file formats. They reward players who invest in storage diversity and automation.
Building Your First Server
Required Components
- Server Node
- Upload Station connection
- Auto-collector
- At least one Storage Node for each file format you plan to monetize
Connection Steps
- Place a Server Node adjacent to an upload station so the two can link.
- Attach an auto-collector to automate file intake; manual uploads slow overall throughput.
- Position storage nodes anywhere in your network; proximity does not matter as long as they are powered.
Maximizing Server Income
Storage Strategy
Prioritize high-value, low-size file formats (for example, program and game data) to squeeze more credits out of each storage unit. Mixing in larger, lower-value formats still helps stabilize income when premium content runs dry.
Scaling With Multiple Servers
You can chain multiple server nodes to the same upload station. Each additional server increases base income per second and provides redundancy if one server hits its storage limit.
Server Management Interface
Monitoring Metrics
The server menu displays current storage capacity, format distribution, and live income. Check it frequently to confirm your balancing strategy is working.
Maintenance Tasks
Use the delete-all action to purge outdated files before a big upload wave. Clearing space ahead of time prevents bottlenecks and keeps the income ticker climbing.
