The game utilizes a complex hierarchy of currencies and points systems required to unlock new functionalities, increase processing efficiency, and scale operations.
Primary Currencies and Resources
1. Money (Cash)
Money is the fundamental currency generated primarily by uploading processed files and selling cryptocurrency. Money is essential for basic operations and speed increases.

Money amounts frequently scale into large numbers, often displayed using scientific notation (e.g., E46).
2. Tokens (Coins)
Tokens are a secondary currency, often appearing as small orange coins on the screen that must be clicked to collect. They are also earned by completing Achievements and Requests.

3. Science (Research Points)
Science is a dedicated resource used primarily to unlock new features, technologies, and advanced nodes in the research queue. Science is generated by processing files through a dedicated Data Lab Research setup.

1. Hacking Points and Perks
The Hacking system utilizes its own set of points and currencies generated when successfully breaching targets like Anonymous or the Bank.
Hacker Experience Points (Skill Points)
Gained when the hacker successfully breaches a target. These points are spent directly on the Hacker Upgrades tree.

- Blackmail: Reduces prices globally by 5%.
2. Programming Points (Application Points and Contribution)
The Coding System generates two distinct point types crucial for scaling programming and gaining cross-system upgrades.
Application Points (AP)
Generated when code is optimized and committed. These are used to unlock nodes that convert files between types or introduce optimized processing tools.
- Decompile Programs: Converts programs into Text files.
- Scrap Games: Converts games into Videos files.
- Rip Games: Converts games into Programs files.
- Compile Text Files: Converts text files into Programs.
- Incompressor: A highly efficient node that enhances and compresses files simultaneously, increasing value by 2x and reducing size by 2x, potentially replacing separate Enhancer and Compressor nodes.
Contribution Points
Generated by committed code and fed back directly into the Code Interface node. The higher the contribution, the faster the overall coding process runs.
Special Boosts and Prestige
Permanent Boosts (Paid/Optional)
The game offers optional permanent boosts that double crucial operational speeds, providing a significant advantage:
- Doubling income.
- Doubling download and upload speeds.
- Doubling clock speeds.
- Doubling GPU speed.
- Doubling research speed.
Portal/Prestige Upgrades
Upon using the Portal to restart the game (Prestige), players receive system-wide bonuses based on their progress in the previous run. For example, entering the portal to Level 2 can increase system performance and hacking power by 100% per level.
